Writing for Wellbeing

Writing for Wellbeing and Growth

Expressive writing has been recognised as an important and valuable tool for helping people who are managing their mental health or who have known trauma, to make sense of their experiences through personal writing drawn out using literary and learning prompts.

Writing for Wellbeing and Growth uses the practice and principles of expressive writing at an everyday level, curating texts and learning prompts that invite participants to use their own stories to grow self-confidence, self-expression, storytelling, and self-care.

In a confidential safe space where all are treated and heard equally, we build connections, trust, and understanding, creating a space for peer befriending and support.

Each set of four sessions (6-14 people) is 90 minutes and curated and themed by a professional writer to meet your staff’s Learning, Development, and Wellbeing needs.  They promote a work culture where people and outputs reflect the richness of backgrounds and experiences within the company. In turn, this increases agency, involvement, support, outcomes.
